I have tried many different techniques. I do research everyday to better my workout repertoire as I read from newer exercise programs. Abdomen is the one key body part I focus in on the most. I love the challenge to be able to learn from other programs and continue to spice up different ways to keep a nice toned body. It just depends on the time and effort you put into your frame just as they say you cannot expect something if you do not work for it. As I am writing this, remember it was god who gave us the strength to walk why not make the best of that gift? Out of all the programs, I have seen my favorite workout so far has been with resistance band exercises.

My success story is 3 years ago. I was working on a project with workout programs. I came across a lot of vital information that inspired me to preach to others about working out it is not all easy, but if you work hard the results will show. No it won’t happen overnight just like a puzzle it can’t be done all at one time but overtime pieces find their way together. Way it stretches makes the whole body form to your own weight to build muscle.
